TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1. Rental fee, delivery fee and deposit must be paid full in advance on the day of rental started. Free delivery fee only for Canggu area, delivery fee will be charged for outside the Canggu area according to the DK2Rental price list.

2. Copy or photo of client’s passport or ID is required in advance.

3. Booking cancellation is not allowed after the book payment/down payment has been paid. If there is a cancellation by the customer, the book payment/down payment cannot be returned to the customer.

4.f the rental unit is returned earlier than the due date of return (based on order form), there will be no refund of the remaining rent.

5.Motorbike that is already rented (based on order form) cannot be switched with another motorbike. If a customer wants to switch, it will count for a new order.

6. The customer is fully responsible for maintaining the condition of the unit during the rental period. Rented units may not be used in a brutal manner such as a wheelie or burnout.

7. Customer’s deposit will be fully return after the motorbike back in good condition

8. Any damage that occurs to the unit during the rental period will be fully customer responsibility, it will be deducted from the deposit that has been paid. If the cost of repairing the unit is more than the deposit paid, the remaining additional costs will be informed to the customer. DK2 Rental has the right to withhold the customer’s ID and report it to the authorities if the damage unit still hasn’t been resolved within 2×24 hours.

9.DK2Rental always checks before the unit is delivered to the customer. However, if damage occurs due to usage during the rental period, such as a punctured tire, clutch lining runs out or sling breaks out, the customer can carry out repairs himself to the nearest repair shop or if the customer asks DK2Rental for help, a visit fee and part replacement fee will be charged if any.

10.Customer are not allowed to make changes or modifications to motorbikes without DK2Rental’s knowledge on short-term or long-term rentals.

11.DK2Rental maximum provides 2 helmets for 1 motorbike rental. Helmets with certain series are rented for IDR 50,000/3 days. Lost or damaged helmets will be charged IDR 250,000 – IDR 650,000 per helmet, depending on the rice of the helmet.

12.DK2Rental provides raincoats, if the customer requires them, a price of IDR 50,000/raincoat will be charged. The raincoat will become the property of the customer.

13.Using the motorbike outside the Bali area will incur an additional fee (price depends on the type of motorbike).

14.Extension of the rental period must be informed to DK2 Rental, maximum 1×24 hours before the rental period ends. Payment for the extension of the lease must be paid together with confirmation of the extended rental period of the unit.

15. The rental period is calculated for 24 hours. If the return of the unit exceeds the rental time limit, the client will be charged 10% per hour of the unit rental price, more than 3 hours will be charged for 1 day’s rental fee.

16.Dk2 Rental has discounts : 10% for 1 week rental, 20% for 2 weeks rental, 30% for 3 weeks rental, 40% for 1 month rental. Discount will be given at the start when the customer registers an order, if the customer extends the lease when the first rental is about to end, the normal rental price will apply if the extension is less than a week

17.Losing motorbikes is 100% the responsibility of the customer. Customers must replace the lost unit according to the type and year of the same unit to DK2Rental.

18.DK2Rental is not responsible for client problems with Indonesian traffic laws, other than motorcycle registration (STNK) issues.

19.DK2Rental does not provide insurance for customers

20. The customer must return the unit with the same fuel as the indicator when it was delivered.
